SKYMCM acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for property-related disputes, travel disruptions, or third-party service interruptions. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts, restrict access or cancel bookings in case of suspicious, abusive or fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts may lose access to existing reservations.

10.Governing Law
